JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with the E-commerce team to analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve AI tools and automation workflows to streamline daily operations and minimize manual tasks.
  • Integrate and customize AI solutions for AI-powered copywriting, video editing, competitor data crawling, and automated reporting.
  • Develop and integrate data collection and processing solutions, APIs, and dashboards to support e-commerce operations.
  • Research and implement emerging AI technologies, AI agents, and automation tools to address real-world business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), provide guidance, and train internal teams to effectively use AI tools.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Background in IT, technology, AI, automation, software development, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, data processing, web crawling, and API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to develop practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian e-commerce ecosystem; experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada is a plus.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology to business needs and optimize operational workflows.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently to take solutions from concept to implementation.
